I will be turning 65 in April, and it's unreal the number of phone calls and mail that I'm getting about Medicare supplement insurance. Sheeesh! I have hung up on more Medicare calls than I care to think about. And...

Re: Was I like that?

Funny, I was just thinking about this the other day. Not Facebook exactly, but the act of being holier than thou because I belonged to the "right church" back years ago. I read the obituary of the husband of a lady I used to work with, and who could have been a good friend. But because she...
And another thing. When did it become ok for people with babies to bring in Teddy Grahams in a plastic bag? What's up with that? Expediency? Necessary inference?
When you have a screaming toddler sitting on your lap and everyone around you is looking at you and givin...

Re: Shame of White Christianity

Anti-semitism: because with this sentiment, a Christian hangs him or herself....because he or she has been grafted into a semitic heritage...and the patent and repulsive hatred against the Jew is based on holding up the Lord as the Lord of hatred rather than Satan himself....and hating His own peop...

Re: How old are we here?

What is really telling is that I was in Vietnam 50 years ago. I was there during the Tet Offensive, for those old enough to remember. A hellish time. BH, no comments please. My late Ex-husband was in Nam during Tet. He told me some scary stuff. He would have been 70, turning 71 in the spring. They ...
