I think the teaching of the trinity is considered to be “orthodox Christianity”. But, my Christian Church minister, doesn’t really accept that concept, from what I have gathered. I don’t judge the destination/fate of the deceased. Only God knows. That's a good position to take, IMHO. There's no way anyone alive can truly know what happens after death. I was taught that we were not Protestant, but I don’t remember encountering any questions about it.
Ena, there are CofC ministers that do know Hebrew and Greek and have divinity degrees. I went to a CofC University and there were teachers in the Bible department with Ph.D.’s.

Yes, my Sundays are happy now. Those days of having to do church twice on Sundays were awful, and I am sorry my kids had to endure all that.

I am grateful for so many things! My family is healthy and no one has Covid-19. My son is still sober. My husband is working full time and we are able to live comfortably and I am able to stay home. I am happy with my church and am at peace,

Well, I don’t really think there is a connection. A lot of really smart people are not good looking. But, intelligent people would not be unclean or repulsive.
