He is doing it on purpose more than likely. Being in the news for notiriety is good news for Trump. And being a jerk appeals to many of his base and the more you attack him the more riled they will be to defend him.

I read that Prince Charles & Prince William did not want to meet Trump because they think he is a buffoon. Charles is very big on protecting the environment & he does not like what Trump has done.

Trump has done illegal things with his charity foundations. We have a dishonest and lying president who only cares about himself and NOT America.. The things he has done WILL NOT help the middle class. He has abused women and claims they are the ones lying.
I do not think Trump was trying to be funny with the things he said. He was trying to distract from himself. That is what he always does is blame everyone else. Also, he uses “whataboutism”.

Ivy, even Fox News was critical of Trump about yesterday’s event with Putin. No one on any channel has said Trump was being funny.

According to the London Sunday Times, they not only didn't WANT to be with the Queen while meeting Trump but REFUSED to. Normally Charles would stand in for his father since he has retired from official duties but he said absolutely no. Then it fell to William who said the same thing.
