Trump and the UN

Post by tarheel »

Can you imagine Trump's anger inside when the audience laughed at him when he started bragging about his accomplishments yesterday? And then on the way out when asked by the press about the laughter he said his comment was meant to get laughs. Seriously?

I imagine he was devastated, and this will affect his future decisions related to foreign policy. Horrifying to have such a fragile ego as POTUS.

I worked for a woman for a couple of years that was the female version of Trump. Will pull anything out of their butt to throw people off and most people are not intelligent to catch it or realize what is going on. Such people you have to be able and willing to hurt in someway to get them to stop it. Unfortunately for Trump the likelyhood of anyone being able to hurt him is close to nil.

Richard Nixon got stone cold drunk one time and then decided he was going to go out for a walk. He did so on public property and a reporter came up and asked him a question. Nixon, being drunk, became enraged. He grabbed the reporter and shoved him him. The president of the United States basically assaulted a man for asking him a question. Secret service pulled Nixon away from the guy. Secret Service apparently does not protect the president from nutters but protects the people from a nut drunk president. I always wondered what would have happened if Nixon had shoved the guy and he panicked and fought back.

Lyndon Johnson would physcially push and slap around his secret service agents. One day he punched one or shoved one. The secret service agent had witnesses that Johnson assaulted him and so he walked up and hit Johnson in the face. Johnson didn't bully that secret service agent any more.

He did not mean it for a joke IMO. He does not realize the scorn that others around the world have. The problem is that he constantly paints a beautiful picture of himself and his accomplishments. People that travel often get asked , "Why did you elect Trump?" The answer often given "We didn't." Trump lost the democratic vote by 3,000,000. We don't have a democracy! There is no proof that it was illegals like he claimed. He constantly covers his tracks be claiming ridiculous things with no factual basis. Did he prove Obama was born in Kenya? Did he prove that Obama wire tapped him in Trump tower? Did he really help things in North Korea? He did prove himself crazier than Kim? Is he really worth billions or running on borrowed money. He had trouble with his casinos in Atlantic City. If I recall correctly he lost three as the loans were foreclosed. His ghost writer on the "Art of the Deal" Tony Schwarz is not a Trump supporter after making him look good inside a book. Look him up on youtube in google. Anywhere there a facts laying around their is Trump claiming ridiculous things to massage it in a way to make himself look good. Is the FBI so bad that it has to be destroyed? How about the Justice Department? He wants to fill the government up with Trump cronies. He likes loyalty. Hitler liked loyalty and killed those who were not. He probably even ordered the death of Rommel on the basis that he might have involved in the bomb plot in Wolfslair. I respect Nixon more than Trump.
