You are to pray to your maker and think about him and what pleases him often. He hears your prayers and watches over you, even sending angels to watch. He wants you to love him and he loves you. Even if the term is not used it sure sounds like a personal relationship to me. People who follow him are called his children aren't they? I assume there is a reason he does not call us his pack animals or work horses.
