Hi all,

I left the church of Christ several years ago, but still deal with family pressure to return. I am bi and agnostic, and I swore to myself long ago I'd never return, but my family knows only part of this. In any case, I am looking for community after leaving the fold.

Welcome Aftertheflood, you should be able to talk about anything you want to here. There's a mix of all kinds of ex-CofC'ers here. Will your family cut you off from them if you do not return?

Welcome to the board - you will find a wide variety of EX Coc folks, in various life stages! Feel free to browse around and resurrect any old threads that interest you.
History is the fiction we invent to persuade ourselves that events are knowable and that life has order and direction. That's why events are always reinterpreted when values change. We need new versions of history to allow for our current prejudices.
