Shunning former members. Another thing that the cOC has in common with Westboro Baptist Church :D
"HE HAS GOTTEN PULLED AWAY!!"-The cOC's go-to answer whenever someone leaves.

Thank goodness the cofc didn't organize protests like Westboro does.

There is some out of state group that follows Mayor Pete Buttigieg around to harrass him at his speaking engagements because he is a married gay man and pro choice.
He was recently harrassed by this group while in Texas. To me, they sound very Westboro-esque.

Logical extremes do not solve problems. Jesus is using blood and wine as a allegory. The Roman Catholic Church believes in transubstantiation. That is that their Eucharist is literally the blood and body of Christ. What's allegory or real is always a problem. You get to decide for yourself.
