As far as I know, you simply can't.
You can re-register as a different person with the password you prefer, though.
However, this really needs to be bumped up to the true top administrator of the site, who can walk you through it.

Click on your user name at top right hand corner.
From drop down menu, click " User Control Panel". (Clicking "Profile" here will not get you where you need to be.)
Look at tabs along top of control panel. Click "Profile".
On side menu click " Edit account settings".
Change password.
